Consequences of attack on Zaporizhia: 42 injured, incl pregnant woman and five children, four patients in serious condition
The number of injured as a result of the attack on Zaporizhia on Tuesday, April 22, has increased to 42 people, 14 of whom are in hospital, including a pregnant woman and five children, said the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.
"As a result of yesterday's attack, 42 people were injured. Some 14 are currently in hospital. Among them is a pregnant woman. Doctors assess her condition as moderate. Five children are in the same condition. They have mine-explosive injuries, concussions, bruises, and cut wounds," Fedorov said in a post on his Telegram channel on Wednesday.
"Four patients are in serious condition. All of them have undergone surgery. One of them, a 67-year-old man, is currently in intensive care," the head of the regional military administration added.
Earlier, 40 people were reported injured, including a pregnant woman and four children.
